Remote Coaching and Consulting Services

Our Neuro Network provides remote coaching and consulting services for individuals and families navigating complex neurologic, neurovascular, and neurometabolic conditions, including cerebral venous and CSF disorders. These services are informed by professional expertise as well as lived experience as a patient and family member, and are designed to support clarity, preparation, and self-advocacy within the healthcare system.

Coaching and consulting services provide medically informed guidance and strategic support but do not constitute medical care or establish a provider–patient relationship.

Practice Philosophy & Availability

Coaching and consulting services are available nationwide and internationally. To provide the highest quality of personalized attention for complex cases, the volume of my practice is intentionally restricted. This approach allows me to balance my own neurological homeostasis, having personally navigated impaired autonomic energy homeostasis, while striving to develop a sustainable, novel, neuro APRN-led transitions of care program for those affected by acute, chronic, and complex neurological conditions. As a result, my work is specialized and limited in quantity, but excels in quality. Priority is given to individuals with cerebral venous and CSF disorders and related conditions, such as intracranial pressure disorders of intracranial hypertension, intracranial hypotension, and CSF leak.

• Booking a Session: If scheduling links are accessible on this page, I am open to clients. I periodically open additional time slots as need and homeostasis permit.

I will do my best to accommodate your request while respecting my own energy homeostasis so that I may serve the greatest good of our community for years to come.

How Coaching and Consulting Works

Coaching and consulting services are offered through a foundational session designed to provide adequate time for understanding your history, reviewing relevant records, and addressing your goals without pressure.

Some individuals choose to continue with periodic follow-up conversations after the initial session, while others find that one conversation provides the clarity they need. Both approaches are welcome.

Services May Include:

• Education and explanation of diagnoses, testing, and care pathways

• Review, organization, and synthesis of records and imaging provided by the client.

• Pattern recognition across symptoms, history, and testing

• Preparation for medical appointments, procedures, or second opinions

• Care navigation and self-advocacy support

• Thoughtful discussion to support understanding, confidence, and decision-making

• Note: Relevant record and imaging review is included as part of coaching and consulting services and is not billed separately or tracked by time. This reflects a commitment to comprehensive, integrative support rather than a piecemealed model of care.

  • You will be provided a secure Google Drive link to upload your records and imaging files directly from discs.

  • You will be sent a secure link to a Client Questionnaire to complete through Google Forms.

  • You will be sent a secure link to a Coaching and Consultation Consent for to complete through Google Forms.

  • You must upload all records, images, and forms for review within 1 week of your appointment date so that adequate time can be devoted to reviewing your records.

  • Completion of the Client Questionnaire and Consent forms is necessary to proceed with your scheduled appointment. Failure to complete them by your appointment date will result in cancellation of your appointment. You will be able to reschedule your appointment once your forms are complete.

Services and Pricing

Initial Comprehensive Coaching and Consulting 90-Minute Session (90 Minutes)

The Initial Comprehensive Coaching and Consulting Session is the entry point for all new coaching and consulting clients. This session provides adequate time for complex histories, extensive records, and meaningful discussion.

Fee: $425

Sessions include optional asynchronous messaging support via Google Chat for up to 30 days following the session. Messaging is intended for brief clarification or follow-up related to the session and is typically responded to within 24 hours on business days.

Optional Continuity Support

Some individuals choose to continue with periodic follow-up conversations after the initial session for additional reflection, preparation, or ongoing support. Follow-up sessions may be scheduled as needed and include up to 30 days of complimentary asynchronous messaging support via Google Chat related to the session.

30-minute session: $125

60-minute session: $225
