Remote Coaching and Consulting Services

Our Neuro Network provides coaching and consulting services for individuals and families navigating complex neurologic, neurovascular, and neurometabolic conditions. These services are informed by professional expertise as well as lived experience as a patient and family member and are designed to support clarity, preparation, and self-advocacy within the healthcare system.

Coaching and consulting services provide medically informed guidance and strategic support but do not constitute medical care or establish a provider–patient relationship.

How Coaching & Consulting Works

Coaching and consulting services are offered through a single foundational session designed to provide adequate time for understanding your history, reviewing relevant records, and addressing your goals without pressure.

Some individuals choose to continue with periodic follow-up conversations after the initial session; others find that one conversation provides the clarity they need. Both approaches are welcome.

Services May Include

• Education and explanation of diagnoses, testing, and care pathways

• Review, organization, and synthesis of records and imaging provided by the client

• Pattern recognition across symptoms, history, and testing

• Preparation for medical appointments, procedures, or second opinions

• Care navigation and self-advocacy support

• Thoughtful discussion to support understanding, confidence, and decision-making

Relevant record and imaging review is included as part of coaching and consulting services and is not billed separately or tracked by time. This reflects our commitment to comprehensive support rather than a piecemealed model of care.

Initial Comprehensive Coaching and Consulting Session (90 Minutes)

The Initial Comprehensive Coaching & Consulting Session is the entry point for all new coaching and consulting clients and provides adequate time for complex histories, extensive records, or first-time conversations. The fee for this session is $400.

Sessions include optional asynchronous messaging support via Google Chat for up to 30 days following the session. Messaging is intended for brief clarification or follow-up related to the session and is typically responded to within 24 hours during business days.

Optional Continuity Support

Some individuals choose to continue with periodic follow-up conversations after the initial session for additional reflection, preparation, or ongoing support.

Optional continuity coaching and consulting sessions may be scheduled as needed following the initial session. Sessions are available at $100 for 30 minutes or $175 for 60 minutes and include up to 30 days of complimentary asynchronous messaging support via Google Chat related to the session.

Scope & Limitations

Coaching and consulting services are non-clinical and advisory in nature.

These services are medically informed and draw on professional training, clinical experience, and lived experience to support understanding, preparation, and navigation of complex medical situations. Coaching and consulting are intended to help clients ask informed questions and engage more confidently with their healthcare teams.

Coaching and consulting services do not include:

• Establishment of a provider–patient relationship

• Medical diagnosis or treatment

• Prescribing medications or ordering laboratory or diagnostic testing

• Acting as a treating clinician or assuming responsibility for medical decision-making

• Emergency or urgent medical care

Clients are encouraged to discuss all medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans with their licensed healthcare providers. Coaching and consulting services are designed to complement, not replace, care provided by a treating medical team.

Records & Access

Our Neuro Network cannot access healthcare portals or imaging systems via username or password sharing. Medical records, reports, and images must be provided directly by the client using a secure upload link provided after booking.

Availability

Coaching and consulting services are available nationwide and internationally.

We recognize that cost can be a barrier to care, particularly for individuals navigating complex and often under-recognized conditions.

As one way of giving back to our community, Our Neuro Network Podcast centers lived experience, shared knowledge, and collective strength. Participation in the podcast is always free of charge and reflects our commitment to connection, education, and advocacy.

For individuals experiencing financial barriers, being invited to share your story as a guest on the Our Neuro Network Podcast may include a complimentary New Client Comprehensive Coaching & Consulting Session to support your own health journey.
