About Our Neuro Network

Aloha Our Neuro Network,
I'm Tiffany, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC), Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN), and Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN). I currently serve those with acute, complex, and chronic neurological conditions as Our Neuro Network’s Medical Director, Neuroscience and Neurovascular Nurse Practitioner, Coach, Consultant, and Podcast Host. My expertise encompasses a wide range of neurological challenges, with a particular emphasis on neurometabolic, cerebral venous, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) disorders, as well as related conditions of hypermobile connective tissue diseases, mast cell activation syndrome, melanocortin-4 receptor deficiency, chronic migraine, headache, facial pain, and more.
My dedication to this field is deeply personal. These conditions have directly impacted my family, fueling my commitment to patient advocacy and specialized expertise. This personal connection drives my unwavering pursuit to destigmatize these often-misunderstood conditions. I believe in empowering patients through advocacy, fostering supportive networks, providing comprehensive education, advancing research, and delivering compassionate clinical practice.
The rapid pace of scientific discovery is illuminating the intricate cellular and metabolic pathways underlying these diseases, offering new insights into their foundations, manifestations, and potential treatment options. By fostering collaborative partnerships with experts and patients who share genetically or neurometabolically related conditions, we can amplify our collective efforts. This collaborative approach accelerates our progress, enabling us to better serve affected individuals, families, and communities.
Our Neuro Network serves as a vital resource and supportive community for our network of patients, advocates, and experts. We operate as one, united in our pursuit of homeostatic betterment for all. Through the power of storytelling, active listening, and mentorship, we honor each individual's journey. Our work is grounded in compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based content, providing hope for a brighter tomorrow. By working together, we can improve the quality of life for those impacted by these challenging neurological conditions.

Healing is NOT linear.
In Memoriam
Melanie Lynn Rogers (1966-2010)
In honor of and dedicated to my mother, Melanie (pictured above in gallery with me), who inspired my career in neuroscience as I set out to discover what condition was affecting her and how I could help. She instilled within me the knowledge that I can do anything long before she echoed the words of Dr. Seuss (1971), "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not."
I did not know, years ago, that I too was affected, and that everything I learned along the way would help me save my very own life. Now that I do, I am grateful for the opportunity to be here, walking with you, living a life of meaning and purpose.
With this second chance at life, I am relentlessly devoted to serving patients like us and families like our own. Our suffering is not in vain, and we have a reason to hope for tomorrow. Please join our 'ohana so I can share with you why. Together, we are powerful beyond measure and full of mana. Together, we are making things better for our global 'ohana.
